Living Rosary

Traditionally, the month of October is a “Rosary Month” in the Catholic Church. The School of Saint John Bosco is very much devoted to our Mother Mary, conducting activities honoring Mary during the month thru a Living Rosary. This is also a great opportunity to introduce to the young students of School of Saint John Bosco the importance of praying the Holy Rosary.

In view of this, the School of Saint John Bosco held a Living Rosary last October 24, 2015. It was participated by the students guided by their respective advisers. The Living Rosary, in this case, was composed of students representing each bead and reciting 1 Hail Mary. Each bead is being represented by a lighted candle. The event involved every student to pray the Rosary. This is a meaningful and powerful way of bringing the life of students to devote themselves to pray the Holy Rosary everyday. The event ended peacefully and solemnly.
